Sky blue cloth headband, H 4.4 cm, decorated at the front with a silver braid forming a horizontal Hungarian knot (knot width 10 cm). Headdress and cap in madder cloth with silver braids, two identifying the rank, one vertical on the four sides, and one on the cap forming a Hungarian knot (cap framed by a silver braid). False silver chin strap in so-called “ribbed” lines held by two small silver bell buttons.
Rounded visor in black patent leather lined with dark green morocco, trimmed with a black lacquered calfskin band folded astride the outer edge. Interior headdress in black satin, interior headband in black patent leather.

Fairly good condition, some moth licks, trimmings with oxidation from use and rubbed in places.
