In fine sky blue cloth, elliptical-shaped side flaps bordered on their convex development with white piping. Three grade soutaches arranged in the shape of an inverted V in silver braids surmounting a Hungarian knot in silver braid sewn horizontally.
Interior headdress entirely in scarlet morocco. H of the right part 12 cm, H of the left part 15 cm.
