SHAKO of the 1st regiment, model 1860.
In black waxed leather, carcass reinforced at the top with a leather band (width 1.5 cm), an identical bourdalou (width 2 cm) and on each side with two leather strips (width 2 cm) sewn in V with a black lacquered iron aerator in the top center. Visor in black waxed leather, green waxed interior, width 4 cm.
Stamped and cut brass plaque with the crowned imperial eagle, placed on a globe cut out with the number “I” with sparkling beam of Jupiter, (H 12 cm, width 10.7 cm. Roundel in tricolor painted metal, diameter 5 cm.
Inner cap in black sheepskin with chin guard in black patent leather, the underside of the cap is decorated with a large label in white paper with black printed background (text in white), glued and marked “MAGNIEN / Fourbisseur De La Garde Impériale / 273 Re St Honoré / PARIS”.
H of the shako at the front 13.5 cm, at the back 18.5 cm.
Plumet in scarlet rooster feathers with daffodil top mounted on a rib reinforced with a double metal rod. Apparent height of feathers 17 cm, total height 28 cm. Brass tulip pompom, H 7 cm.
Very good state.

TUNIC of the 1st regiment, model 1860.
Entirely in dark blue cloth with daffodil piping. Straight collar in blue piped daffodil cloth, closing at the front with a clasp with crest on each side in daffodil cloth embroidered with a flaming grenade in dark blue thread (from December 11, 1860). Tunic closing straight at the front with nine buttonholes framed 10 cm long with a braid of daffodil goat hair woven with sticks (from February 1860), with rounded brass buttons stamped with the imperial eagle and of the inscription “GARDE IMPERIALE”. Blue cloth facings with daffodil piping forming a point in the middle, garnished with two small module buttons. False vertical rear pockets with two points, each garnished with two large-module uniform buttons. Belt tab in daffodil blue piped cloth with one small module uniform button. Epaulet tabs in dark blue cloth covered with “cul de dé” woven daffodil braid. Epaulettes in scarlet cloth with daffodil-colored turning, lined with dark blue cloth; one of the epaulettes has its white fabric label registered in black ink “1969” and stamp of the 1st regiment of Voltigeurs de la Garde composed of an imperial crown and the inscription “1er V”. Interior lining in ivory canvas registered in ink “3446” and dated 4th quarter 1869 “4e.69”.
Very good condition, some wear to the buttonholes.

BELT of the 1st regiment.
In bleached buffalo, width 5 cm, with stitched edges, hot stamped “1280”, dated 1st quarter 1860 “1/1860/T” and received from the 1st Voltigeurs de la Garde: an imperial crown “1st V”. Complete with two brass loops to secure the backpack. It is finished on one side with a brass ring intended to attach the belt plate.
Square plaque with cut corners, in cast brass in relief of a flaming bomb surrounded by a hunting horn, 6.5 cm x 6.5 cm. Complete with its hook and its rear trigger guard, hallmarked on its hook “J.F. GOUÉRY & Cie”.
Belt and plaque in very good condition.

CARTRIDGE POCKET, model du 27 February 1869.
In soft black waxed leather, closing with a flap and a tab that hangs in the center of the pocket using a brass nail with a protruding head. H 15 cm, width 16 cm. Attached to the belt using two leather straps.
Very good state.

WATER CAN of the 4th regiment.
Tin-plated iron canister sheathed with a dark blue cloth sleeve painted white with the flaming bomb grenade with the number “4”, it is surrounded by a hunting horn, the badge is surmounted by an imperial crown, partly At the bottom, a ribbon bears the number “1580”. Belt in bleached buffalo (width 1.8 cm) similarly registered (hot) to the “1580” can. Iron quarter.
Good condition.

PRICE DE TIR silver pin in the shape of a flaming bomb stamped with the imperial eagle surmounted by the inscription “PRICE DE TIR”, connected to a curb chain ending with a brass hook.
Very good state.

MILITARY MEDAL first type, 1852 - 1853, Presidency of Louis Napoleon.
Military medal, engraving by Désiré Albert Barre, in silver, vermeil and enamel, presenting on the obverse side the effigy of the Emperor on an azure background, bordered by a blue enamel scroll, with the legend "LOUIS NAPOLÉON" and framed by a wreath of laurel leaves; reverse, central medallion bearing the inscription “VALEUR ET DISCIPLINE” on a smooth background, bordered by a blue enamel scroll, and on the reverse of the same wreath of laurel leaves. H 4.1 cm, width 2.8 cm.
Two-sided, one-piece bail, fixed on the medal, presenting an eagle with outstretched wings on a thunderbolt.
Yellow silk ribbon bordered with two green vertical stripes.
Good condition, with missing enamel on the listel.

COMMEMORATIVE MEDAL OF THE ITALIAN CAMPAIGN, created in 1859, Second Empire.
Round in silver, engraved by Barre, representing on the obverse the effigy of the Emperor crowned with laurel, framed by the legend “NAPOLEON III EMPEREUR” and bordered by a laurel wreath. On the reverse, inscription “ITALY CAMPAIGN - 1859” framing the name of the battles of “MONTEBELLO, PALESTRO, TURBIGO, MAGENTA, MARIGNAN, SOLFERINO”. Diameter 3 cm. Hallmarked bail.
Silk ribbon alternating 6 red vertical stripes of 4 mm and 5 white vertical stripes of 2 mm, it is bordered with a 1 mm white border. Width 3.6 cm.
Very good state.
