Leather shaft covered with a sky blue cloth sleeve. Cap and bourdalou in black patent leather. Woven braid “cul de dé” in silver trimmings striped in its center of madder silk, H 2.8 cm. Tricolor metal cockade attached to the barrel by means of a half-spherical button in gilded metal and a braid in silver trimmings mixed with madder silk. At the front of the shako, Hungarian knot in silver braid. On each side of the barrel in the upper part, a sky blue lacquered brass aerator is fixed and in the lower part a lion's head in golden brass intended to attach the chin strap. At the back at the top, a third lion's head in gilded brass. Visor in black waxed leather lined with green leather and bordered with a gilded brass bangle. Inner headdress composed of an ocher leather headband cut with six wolf teeth with ivory silk headdress, the leather part is marked with a pen “François adjudant”. Curb chinstrap composed of intertwined gold-plated brass rings.
Plumet in tricolor hanging rooster feathers, H 20 cm. Olive pompom in silver trimmings mixed with madder silk for the rank of adjutant.
