In cotton canvas divided into three bands; blue White Red. H 46 cm, L 58 cm. Doubled in thickness on the blue part, at the level of the shaft, ending at the top with a small brown leather strap with an iron buckle, at the bottom a similar leather tab closed with a strap with brass nail.

Very good condition, some dirt.
NOTE :
This type of pennant is represented by Édouard Detaille and Alfonse de Neuville on the Panorama de Rezonville, a fragment of which represents precisely this model of pennant during the Franco-Prussian War (1870-1871), preserved at the Saint-Rémi Museum in Reims.
