SET OF SOUVENIRS INCLUDING A PENNANT OF THE FRENCH ACTION SECTION OF THE COMMUNE OF CHÂTEAU D'OLONNE (VENDÉE), Third Republic. 28231

In blue-white-red silk, the colors are positioned at an angle (blue at the top left and red at the bottom right). This flag is entirely embroidered in golden silver threads, cannetilles and sequins. On the front side in the blue part, a large fleur-de-lis placed between two oak branches is embroidered. The white part is embroidered with the inscription “SECTION A.F. LE CHÂTEAU D’OLONNE”. The red part is embroidered with a double crowned heart (symbol of Vendée).
The back side is similarly embroidered with the exception of the white part which represents a sacred heart in crimson velvet surmounted by a gold Catholic cross. The top, bottom and the side opposite the shaft are fringed with gold trimmings, length 4 cm.
H 49.5 cm without fringes, width with the sheath for the shaft without fringes 53 cm.
Perfect condition, wetness on the white silk.

Wooden panel of the Action Française premises in the town of Les Sables d'Olonne. Royal blue lacquered with a golden fleur-de-lis and a dark blue fleur-de-lis, bearing the inscription “LES / SABLES / D’OLONNE”. The border is decorated with a white frieze. It is signed lower right “CB”.
H 41 cm x width 51 cm.
In a perfect state.

Two posters, H 39.5 x width 59 cm, from the ASPECTS DE LA FRANCE special printing house. One is in orange paper, the other in white paper, printed in scarlet letters “THE KING... / WHY NOT? ".
Very good condition, a tear in one of the posters (orange).
