Black patent leather strap edged with a folded bangle astride the outer edge, with the large Imperial Arms stamped in a gilded brass plate in the center. H of the tab 26.5 cm, width at the top 17 cm, width at the bottom 23.3 cm. Central plate: 16.7 cm x 13 cm.
Inside the tab there is a black velvet pocket.
Three oval-shaped brass hanging rings. Three black patent leather suspension straps with gold brass buckles decorated with foliage.
