CAVALRY OFFICER'S SKIN BRIEFS, First Empire. 28434

Breeches in white calfskin with bridge system. All buttons are made of wood covered in white calfskin. At the front, the fly closes with four buttons, the bridge part closes with two side buttons and one of the fly buttons, it is decorated in the upper part with a seam forming a geometric design, just like on the sides (width 19 cm, H 15 cm). At the belt level, four buttons (two at the front, two at the back) are intended to hold the straps. To the right of the fly, on the belt, is a horizontal pocket (9 cm wide) closing with a button. On either side of the fly just below the belt, two horizontal pockets (width approximately 15 cm) are placed, each closing with a button on its outer end. At the back of the belt, there are two holes through which a calfskin lace passes allowing you to adjust the size of the pants. The bottom of each leg is adjusted with four buttons and a double calfskin lace.
Total height approximately 80 cm. Waist circumference approximately 70 cm.
