Iron frame lined with calfskin protecting the hand throughout the guard. Guard with four branches, one main branch and three branches curved in an S towards the top. Top composed of two branches joined in the shape of a heart extended by a short quillon curved downwards. Ovoid twisted iron pommel partly decorated with features. Rocket covered with copper filigree shagreen and framed by two solid iron ferrules. Flat blade with back, tip in its extension, length 73.5 cm. Total length 88.5 cm.
