Republican oath printed in black. H at sight 31.5 cm, width at sight 23 cm. Printed with a revolutionary sticker at the top, with the title “REPUBLICAN OATH”. This document is issued with the iron medal from the chains of the Bastille, given by citizen Palloy to his republican friends. This oath is written for citizen Sullier of the commune of Compiègne in the department of Oise.
Submitted on 13 Germinal of the year 2 (April 2, 1794).
Document signed by Palloy and the recipient.
Accompanied by its iron medal surrounded by brass, with blue and white ribbon. Diameter 3.7 cm.
Everything is presented under glass in a gilded wooden frame, H 35 cm x 26.5 cm.
