We, Members composing the Board of Directors of the said Regiment, undersigned, certify that Citizen Pierre Duboscq, Hunter of the said Regiment of the Second Company, born in 1771 in Basoches Municipality of the said District of Argentan Department of Lorme has served in the Regiment since the 9th Prairial of the 2nd year of Rique (Republic) and is in active service for the Republic in Poitiers in witness of which we have issued this certificate to him to be valid and serve for whatever reason.
In Poitiers this 9 Fructirdor of the 9th year of the French Republic, one and indivisible. »
