Brass frame. Three-pronged guard, main branch numbered “13”, short-tailed cap, wooden handle covered in brass filigree calfskin. Curved blade with hollow sides, length 91.4cm, engraved “Manufre Imple de Châtellerault February 1853” stamped on the heel “F” under crown of A.J.P. Fadates de Saint Georges, director from 1852 to 1855. Brown buffalo tie. Steel scabbard with a bail ring.
