In gilded brass stamped in relief of the Gallic rooster framed by a branch of oak and laurel, against a background of radiant sun, placed on a base in the shape of a shield cut with the number "11" in a wreath of oak leaves against a background of flag trophy. H 13.8 cm, width 10.5 cm.
