Walnut frame with short barrel, wood with all brass fittings. Flintlock signed “Manufacture Impériale de Saint-Étienne” hallmarked with the “J” under the crown. Barrel 19.9 cm long, dated “1811” marked “B” “C”. Breech tail marked “Mle AN 13”, length with breech tail 24 cm. Wood marked and carved with the number 5. All fittings and breech tail stamped with the H surmounted by a fleuron by Jean-Baptiste HARDY Revisseur in St Etienne 1810-1812.
