Gilded brass frame. Guard with one branch, cruise decorated on each side with an oval-shaped medallion decorated with a helmeted warrior, guillon in the shape of a palmette. Short-tailed cap in the shape of a lion's head with rear part decorated with a fleuron. Finely squared ebony spindle. Curved blade with hollow sides engraved and gilded on its first third with floral decorations and military trophies on a blued background, length 70.9 cm. Black patent leather scabbard with two gilded brass fittings decorated with lines, edges cut into festoons, cap with button for wearing on the belt.

Good condition, the mount has retained part of its gilding (around 40%), blade in very good condition, scabbard fittings having lost their gilding, varnished leather of the incoming scabbard partly missing, broken leather in the lower part.
