Brass frame. Guard with a faceted branch. Short-tailed crown with gadrooned upper part called “melon ribs”. Finely squared ebony spindle. Curved blade with hollow sides engraved and gilded on its first third with floral decorations and military trophies on a blued background, length 74.3 cm. Black patent leather scabbard with two gilded brass fittings decorated with lines, edges cut into festoons, cap with button for wearing on the belt.

Good condition, very present colors, split flare, attenuated gilding, rubbed leather of the scabbard, cut 20 cm in the upper part, button to glue back on.
