Five-sided barrel with thunder then round, forged counterweight leveling the right side of the barrel with raise formed of two half-rounds on the breech tail, half-spherical front sight without base, registered “827”, dated 1825, hallmarked “ M” “LC” and the inscription “C. de 17.6A”. Barrel length 19.8 cm. Breech tail engraved “Mle 1822 Tbis”, length with breech tail 23.7 cm. Walnut frame with slightly sloped stock, brass fittings, except escutcheon and flanges, and iron ring on the cap, brass cap. Hooded mouthpiece. Trigger with rocker base. Model 1822 plate transformed into percussion signed "Mre Rle de Tulle" with round punch marked "C" under crown of Jean-Nicolas Casamajou, controller in Tulle from 1821 to 1824. Baguette of the new model in the shape of a hollowed-out tulip, registered like the barrel “827”.
