French model, hilt with one branch decorated with a radiant sun. Olive-shaped pommel topped with an acorn, the front face is decorated with an N against a background of a radiant sun and the back of the imperial crown against a background of a radiant sun. Donkey cruise decorated with an imperial eagle, black horn rocket filigree with brass framed at the top and bottom by two ferrules decorated with a series of flowers. The guard plate folds on the internal part, front guard plate numbered “180”. Double quillon in the shape of a palmette.
Triangular blade signed on the heel “COULAUX ET CIE A KLINGENTHAL”, length 83.5 cm. Scarlet cloth tie.
Black patent leather scabbard with two brass fittings, clevis numbered “180”, clevis button for wearing on the belt.
