In black taupe felt, H at the front 10 cm, H at the back 14 cm, length 45.5 cm. Horns bordered with black woven braid 6 cm wide, representing branches of foliage and garnished with black ostrich feathers. Cockade in tricolor trimmings, diameter 8 cm. Strap formed by three large silver trimmings wrapped around a large uniform button in silver metal stamped with a navy anchor. Inner headdress composed of an ocher morocco headband and an ivory silk headdress.
