CAVALRY BELT PLATE FOR THE GENDARMERIE OF FRANCE, Former Monarchy (circa 1780-1789). 27918

Rectangular silver-plated brass tray, height 70 mm, width 75 mm. In the center, a pattern in cast and silvered brass represents the arms of France, height 60 mm, width 44 mm.
Reverse with hook and trigger guard complete with its two barbs.
