Plaque (or escutcheon) affixed to the front, it is in stamped brass representing a crowned imperial eagle holding in its claws the spindle of Jupiter placed on a base whose center is stamped in relief with the number “15” surrounded by a protruding molding forming a circle of the design of uniform buttons, and framed by two lion heads with branches of foliage and lower striped and studded molding, H 12.5 cm, width 11.7 cm.
