Barrel 20 cm long, dated “7” (1807), hallmarked “EF” surmounted by a palmette from the controller Antoine Blachon, under the barrel hallmarked by the reviser Benoit Versadet (1794-1812). Breech tail marked “Mle an 13”, length with breech tail 24 cm. Flintlock signed “Maubeuge Manufure Imple”, hallmarked with a crowned “M”, hallmark of the 1st controller May, 1782 to 1808. Walnut frame with short barrel, wood, receipt stamp on the backplate side dated 1807, marked “EF” (French Empire), the initial “D” of inspector Antoine Drouot (count of), “M” of May controller, and the month of manufacture (illegible). All brass fittings hallmarked with a crowned “M”, hallmark of the 1st controller May, 1782 to 1808. Iron stick with nail head.
