Canon with five short sides dated “1830”, length 60 cm. Breech tail engraved “Mle 1829”, length with breech tail 65 cm. Walnut frame, cheekless stock numbered “222”, stamped “VSG 1830”, “M” under crown, receipt stamp “MR 1830”, half-wood clearing the barrel, brass fittings except the underguard escutcheon in iron, nasturtium mouthpiece. Flintlock signed “Mre Rle de Maubeuge”.
Total length of the weapon 96.7 cm.
