Round eight-sided thunder barrel, length 60 cm, with breech tail 65 cm, marked “C de 17.6” (caliber), breech tail engraved “Mle 1829 T”, rifling of model 1822, slider rear sight giving the shooting distances, weight taken from forge 1842, tenon and bayonet saber guide (model 1842). Walnut frame with short barrel with receipt stamp (difficult to read), number “1036”. Iron stick with nail head numbered “1036”. Brass fittings. “Front” plate of the 1822 T system but without basin notch, engraved “Mre Imple Châtellerault”. Butt plate numbered “11”.
