Gilded bronze frame. Hungarian-style one-branch guard, beaded branch. Long-tailed cap decorated with foliage. Wooden handle covered in black calfskin, unfiligreed. Curved blade with hollow sides, 83.3 cm long, engraved and gilded on its first third with a charging hussar, military trophies, corollas of foliage, on a blued background. Wooden scabbard covered in black waxed calfskin with three gilded brass fittings, molded in relief of gadroons and foliage with scalloped edges. Brass pitons and bail rings. The three fittings are connected by gilded brass splints.
