BICORNE HAT OF GENERAL OFFICER'S GREAT DRESS, model 1931, Third Republic. 26386-4
Well-dressed bicorne hat, in black felt edged with a large gold braid of the type known as "general's edge", with a scalloped crested edge, woven from a double oak branch with its fruits (width 6 cm ), a curly black ostrich feather is sewn against each of the interior edges, flat black velvet braid embroidered with a branch of oak leaf framed on each side by a gold embroidered net doubling around the button and retained by this same button uniform, length approximately 16 cm, width 5.8 cm. Tricolor cockade in goat hair diameter 10 cm.
Inner headdress in ivory silk, inner headband in ocher leather.
