“Flemish” black felt hat; H of the front part from the curved part 18.5 cm, H of the front part from the bottom of the lugs 25 cm, H of the rear part from the curved part 26.7 cm, H of the part rear from the bottom of the horns 31.6 cm, width 41.5 cm, depth of the cap 13 cm.
Braid formed of three matt and shiny silver twists, they are doubled around the uniform button and are held by this same button. Large module silver metal uniform button, model 1830, with cockerel bearing the inscription “LIBERTE ORDER PUBLIC”, diameter 2.4 cm. Tricolor silk cockade, approximately 7 cm in diameter.
