Black patent leather pouch. Box 17 cm long, H 8.5 cm and width 5 cm; arched shape; on each side of the box at its upper part, two long silver metal rings are sewn for the passage of the banner. Under the box a silver metal button allows you to attach the tab.
The tab (width at the top 19.3 cm, at the bottom 21 cm, H in the center 12.5 cm) is bordered with silver braid 2 cm wide, with two large black pipings.
In the center of the tab is fixed the distinctive cross in silver-plated copper with a gold edge, stamped reinforced with tin. This emblem measures 2.5 inches tall and wide.
Banner made of a calf covered with silver braid 5.4 cm wide and lined with dark blue cloth, with four black piping. Silver metal fittings consisting of an oval buckle engraved with two Musketeer's crosses and a half-oval engraved with a cross.
