Brass plate stamped in relief and gilded representing the crowned imperial eagle with outstretched wings, holding in its talons the spindle of Jupiter. It is placed on a smooth-bottomed shield cut out with the number "27" with a laurel branch and an oak branch in the lower part, bordered on its outer part with a vertically striated molding, molding framed with a net projecting from each coast ; in the two angles, a lion's head is represented.
