In tricolor silk, scarlet at the bottom, blue at the top, embroidered in the center with a staff lightning bolt in golden threads, cannetilles and sequins, and scarlet silk threads, number "20" embroidered in golden threads and cannetilles. White metal mounting hooks. Bordered at the top and bottom with a gold braid. Lined with blue silk.
