Helmet made entirely of brass. 2nd type crest with protruding moldings decorated on the front with a grenade, fixed by means of internal screws to the bomb. Front plate in chromed metal stamped with a coat of arms with a flaming grenade surmounted by the crown framed by oak and laurel branches and a ribbon bearing the inscription “SAPEURS POMPIERS MONCONTOUR”. Inner headdress in black patent leather with seven wolf teeth. Black patent leather chin strap.
