In black “flamand” felt. H of the front part 27 cm, H of the rear part 32.5 cm, width 44 cm, depth approximately 15 cm. Gold trimmings woven cul de dice with a black silk stripe in the center, width 3.8 cm. Large module uniform button model 1804 for naval officers, representing the anchor two crossed swords, oak branch and laurel branch. Roundel in silver trimmings, diameter 7.5 cm. Inner headdress composed of a black waxed leather headband topped with black silk with black printed paper label “Bmi. VIAU de MOURCHE Ft de Chapeaux Rue D’aix N°32 Marseille”.
