Brass hilt. Single-branch guard. Crossguard with oval ears. Pommel with short, relief-moulded tang in a melon ribbed pattern. Checkered ebony handle. Slightly curved blade with hollow flutes, 68.5 cm in length, engraved in gold on its first third with floral motifs, military trophies, and a sunburst on a blued background. Remnants of scarlet cloth tie. Black varnished leather scabbard with two brass fittings decorated with line and scallop borders.

Good condition, oxidized blade, chipped varnish on scabbard, sword never cleaned.
