Matrice en fonte (partie femelle) accompagnée d'une plaque d'épreuve en laiton, pour la plaque de shako modèle 1860 représentant une aigle impériale couronnée posée sur un globe avec fuseau de Jupiter étincelant. H de la plaque réglementaire 12,2 cm, dimensions de la matrice 19 cm x 20 cm.
