SABRETACHE D'OFFICIER DE HUSSARDS, modèle 1852 modifié 1854, Second Empire.

En cuir verni noir (H 27 cm, largeur en partie basse 23,5 cm, largeur en partie haute 16,5 cm), garnie en son centre d'une plaque en laiton doré estampé en forme d'aigle impériale couronnée tenant dans ses serres le faisceau de Jupiter étincelant. H de la plaque 14,5 cm, largeur 13 cm, en 1854 une couronne impériale en cuivre a été ajoutée à l'occasion du couronnement de Napoléon. La plaque est fixée à la pattelette au moyen d'un fil de soie noir passant dans 6 agrafes de laiton. Poche intérieure en cuir et velours noir, avec pochette porte cigares. Anneaux de suspension en laiton.

Bon état, anneaux de suspension et pattes en cuir des anneaux changés postérieurement, pochette intérieure porte cigares décousue (les cigares présentés sur les photos sont modernes).
