Wooden handle with brass ball heel, H of the heel 11 cm, H of the ball 2 cm, total H of the handle with the ball 86.5 cm, finished in the upper part by a brass plate fixed to the handle by means of two flat-headed steel screws, dated "1802". Steel iron signed "Mfture nale du Klingenthal" on one side, and on the other side "Coulaux frères Entreprs" (marking around 1801-1805), H on the heel 5.6 cm, H cutting edge 17.5 cm, width 26 cm. France. Consulat. Good condition. NOTE: This ax model is very rare to find with all its markings.
