HELMET FOR FIREMEN OF E.D.F CENTRALE DE LOMME, type 1933, Fifth Republic. 24865

Slightly trapezoidal shaped bomb in nickel and chrome stainless steel, externally polished, retaining the characteristics of the 1926 model helmet with ventilation holes, leaf springs and chin strap fasteners. Folded brass band straddling the outer edge of the visor and the neck cover. Flat present on the front of the crest with flaming bomb reported in brass. Crest fixed with checkered rivets. Stamped brass front plate representing a shield stamped with a flaming bomb, surmounted by a crown, oak and laurel branches and a ribbon bearing the inscription “SAPEURS POMPIERS E.D.F. LOMME POWER PLANT”. First type inner cap in soft ocher-coloured leather, cut into six wolf teeth. Ocher leather chinstrap.
