Monture au coq gaulois en laiton. Calotte moulée en forme de tête de coq, fusée lisse de forme octogonale. Croisière à double quillon inversé avec partie centrale de forme rectangulaire, décorée sur sa face avant de deux haches croisées. Lame courbe à pans-creux, longueur 75,5 cm, décorée sur sa première moitié d'un cartouche avec corolles de feuillages et inscription « SAPEUR POMPIER ». L'autre face est pareillement décorée avec l'inscription « SERVICE VOLONTAIRE ».
