Chromed metal plaque, square-shaped, measuring 6.7 cm x 6.7 cm, depicting a flaming bomb resting on two crossed axes, along with laurel and oak branches. At the bottom, a ribbon bears the inscription "DEDICATION," and at the top, a ribbon is marked "FIREFIGHTERS."
