Chrome-plated metal plaque in a square shape, measuring 6.7 cm x 6.7 cm, featuring a flaming bomb resting on two crossed axes, with laurel and oak branches. At the bottom, a ribbon bears the inscription "DEDICATION" and a ribbon at the top marked "FIREFIGHTERS."
Black leather belt, 5.5 cm in height, with hooks.
