Vignette printed in black representing the republic on an altar with a hussar and an artillery soldier on each side. The leave is awarded by the board of directors of the 13th dragoon regiment on 1st Frimaire year X. Wax stamp of the said regiment and ink stamp of the prefecture.
At the back of the diploma, there is a handwritten copy of the certificate of visit to the Brussels military hospital, 24th military division, 1st frimaire year X.
Dimensions at sight of the two documents: H 28.5 cm, width 37.5 cm.
Printed part of the sticker: H 21.5 cm, width 31.5 cm.
Presented under glass with modern gilded wood frame, H 44 cm, width 53 cm.
