OFFICER'S SHAKO PLATE OF THE FOREIGN LEGION OR VETERANS, model 1831, July Monarchy.

Made of gilded brass, embossed with a Gallic rooster surrounded by two laurel branches on a background of radiant sun, resting on a base with an oak and laurel wreath at the center of which a five-pointed star is embossed in relief on a background of a bundle of flags.

Good condition, plate retaining its gilding, some dents at the lower part of the coat of arms.

An authenticity certificate of the item including the description published on the site, the period, the sale price, accompanied by one or more color photographs is automatically provided for any item priced over 130 euros. Below this price, each certificate is charged 5 euros.
