Plaque de forme rectangulaire aux coins coupés (H 5,9 cm, largeur 6 cm) en laiton doré, décorée en son centre d'une aigle non couronnée, en argent estampé, tenant dans ses serres le fuseau de Jupiter étincelant. Plaque avec son crochet et son pontet et sa doublure arrière en basane vert foncé.
