SABRETACHE PLATE OF THE 8th HUSSAR REGIMENT, 1830 model, July Monarchy.

Gilt brass plate, in the shape of a shield, embossed in relief with the Gallic rooster perched on a ribbon tying a laurel branch and an oak branch on a background of a bundle of flags. In the lower part, a circle is cut out with the number "8".
Height 15.7 cm, width 14.5 cm.
On the back, six legs forming rings are welded for attachment to the sabretache.
