Plaque « guerb » de la ligne, en fer étamé, présentant une aigle bicéphale couronnée portant en son sein dans un écu Saint Georges terrassant le dragon surmontant un écusson en forme de bouclier à l'antique, numéro du régiment découpé.
Sur l'arrière présence de trois pontets pour fixation au casque.
