SABRE GLAIVE D'ARTILLERIE À PIED, Modèle 1830, issu du modèle 1816, Monarchie de Juillet.

Monture à la romaine (15 cm de H) en laiton monobloc à croisière symétrique décorée d'une palmette et de godrons et poignée ornée de 18 rangées d'écailles. Fort pommeau moulé en relief orné de chaque coté d'un coq gaulois. Lame (45,8 cm de long, largeur au talon 4,2 cm) symétrique à double tranchant évidée de trois pans creux par face.
Fourreau modèle 1816 en cuir noirci à deux garnitures de laiton, chape à pontet destiné à recevoir un tirant en buffle.

Bon état de conservation, monture en très bon état, lame oxydée et légèrement raccourcie, fourreau en assez bon état avec écaillures.
