Walnut stock with all steel fittings, inspection mark now illegible. Barrel with short five-sided breech then round, dated "1811" and stamped "B", "S", "EF", length 12.8 cm; lock marked "M an 9", with a length of 16.9 cm including the lock. Flintlock plate signed "Maubeuge Manufre Imple", stamped "B" under the crown of Bouyssavy Daniel (Maubeuge from 1808 to 1816). All steel fittings stamped "D" under the crown for Darcantel Nicolas (Maubeuge from 1807 to 1817). Steel ramrod with nail head stamped in continuation of the "D" under the crown of Darcantel Nicolas.
