Stamped brass plaque representing the Arms of France surrounded by two palm leaves and topped with the royal crown. They are placed on a base in the shape of a shield, the two corners of which are decorated with a flaming bomb and the center with a wreath of laurel leaves with a double number, the first a "2" originally is missing and a “3” cut out of silver and gold metal in its center. In the lower part, two lily branches are stamped in relief. H 14.2 cm, width 11.8 cm.
