GIBERNE CASE FOR THE KING'S BODYGUARDS, from the Noailles company, model 1814, Restoration. 22355

Pouch in black patent leather, flap cut into a brace 18 cm long at the bottom and 16.5 cm at its upper part, 11.5 cm high and 4 cm thick, it is covered with blue cloth at the color of the Noailles company; behind the box in the upper part is sewn a wide strip of leather in which engage the two ends of the banner.
The tab is bordered by a silver strip decorated with lines (width 0.5 cm). In its center the face of the silver sun on a radiant background L 8.5 cm, H 6 cm.
Under the box, three silver brass buttons, the middle one to fix the tab, and the others to attach the ends of the banner. The interior of the box is wooden, with nine holes for cartridges.
