Brass rivet button, flare and guard. Rivet button and one-piece spindle, the latter has 18 grooves. Inverted quillon guard. Steel blade with one edge and one counter-edge. On the flat of the blade heel, initials of the manufacturer Peter Daniel in Lüneschloß, “P.D.L”.
Stamped on the guard with the 107th Saxon Infantry Regiment “107. R. 8. 219”, of the 8th company, weapon number 219.
Blackened and patent leather scabbard, some missing parts, brass cap and cap. Different assignment of the weapon, here to the 104th Saxon Infantry Regiment.
